Chemical Manufacturing

Chemical manufacturing, especially of bespoke proprietary formulations is AGMA's forte. Customers often require chemical formulations which are a bit different and aren't standard 'over the counter' and as such not available from their usual suppliers. They may require blends of a particular concentration, grade or pack size.

Here at AGMA, we manufacture chemicals to tight tolerances in line with our ISO approved manufacturing systems. Where relevant, we manufacture to tight specifications for products aimed at the cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical sectors.

The methods of manufacture for such formulations are often proprietary and hence confidential, especially where an entirely new product is concerned. We have confidentiality agreements in place with many of our customers to protect the intellectual property behind such projects.

Our sophisticated manufacturing facilities allow us to produce bespoke and varied solutions in volumes ranging from 4.5kg / 5L containers to 1000L Intermediate Bulk Containers. We can handle solids, liquids both hazardous and non-hazardous with batch sizes up to 7,000L.
